The Personnel and Organization Departament supervises all activities such as preparing, updating and storing the organizational documentation of the Company. It plans and balances the staff needs in terms of quality and quantity providing the employment structures, deals with human resources and administrative issues in the Company.
The Personnel and Organization Departament provides the administrative services of the Company's bodies (General Meeting of Shareholders, Supervisory Board and Company's Management Board) as well as is responsible for the efficiency of the information technology system. It also cooperates with the law office in case of legal issues.
